Arte Mara was created for the purpose of fabricating an acoustic bass that is of a unique (patent pending) design.

A cross section of this instrument reveals a "V" shape with an arc connecting the top of the "V". At its widest point, the top is 38cm in width, with speaking lengths of approximately 100cm for the top, 96cm for the bass and 86cm for the treble side.

Specifications: Scale is 1000mm / 5th string is low B / B-band electronics

The Mara bass is a combination of Hand Crafted, and digital design. Though, our designs are not digitally derived, the digital instrument allows for efficient design changes and precise fabrication.
